Lush Sales Associate interview questions

It was 1.5hr long, where we had to go to department stores and see how customer service is being provided, then had a trial on shop floor. Try and approach customers, do demos and at the front of shop greet customers with 'welcome to lush, what brought you in?

Very much about who you are as a person. Very few right or wrong answers. It’s about who you are, what you think and how you feel. You get to engage with products in a way that is natural to you. There are some questions, but again it’s focused around the type of person you are. It’s set up very early on that they don’t care if you want lush to be your career or if you just need the money over Christmas, as long as you’re a good nice person with a bit of sparkle they want you.
