Interview
We were interviewed in a group, around 30 of us sat on the floor and individually had to introduce ourselves and say our name, where we're from and showcase a personal item we brought along with us and why we brought it. Then we were put into groups and rotated around 4 different tasks where we had to massage each others arms and learn 3 facts about the other person, then pick a household item from a box and try to sell it, then pick any lush item and say who we would give it to and why.

Interview
1st stage was a group interview which I enjoyed with a series of activities which gets you thinking! Got through to the trial shift. 2 Managers/Supervisors watching over you as you go through things you can spot as a hazard in the stockroom & shop floor etc. The manager or supervisor who was doing my trial shift seemed blunt and unbothered. There was some sort of awkward vibe she had the entire time which was weird. You go around the shop floor looking products that are damaged put them in a basket and say why you chose to take them off the floor. Then you go back to the stockroom and give you shelves to sort according to the date of freshness etc. Then you have a little one on one session recapping everything. Whoever was interviewing me could have been a little more welcoming and positive she’s just seemed very off and I felt like she was faking smiles and small talk. Don’t think I’ll apply there again as much as I like their products the interviewing process seems pointless and a waste of time especially after being rejected.

Interview
The interview was really fun. It didn’t even feel like one and there were no individual questions. So there were 30+ people present and we were split up into smaller groups of 6/7 and were shown different demos of products. They were observing us in a small group and seeing how we were interacting and showing off our personalities.
