I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lush (Sídney) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied in store, and was then invited to a group interview. We were broken into smaller groups of two or three and did about three activities.
In the first activity, we had to learn as much about our partner as possible in 1 minute, and then present our partner to the whole group and tell them three interesting things we'd learnt about them.
In the second, we were given a celebrity and several attributes (i.e. loves showers, loves the colour pink, loves lots of glitter, etc) and had to find an appropriate gift from the gifts in the store based on the attributes.
In the third, we were given a bath bomb and a large bowl of water, and had to "demo" the bath bomb by dropping it in and describing the scent and the appearance. We were judged on how confidently we "sold" the bath bomb to the rest of the teams.
