I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lush (Barcelona) in Feb 2017
Interview
Una dinámica de grupos tras una presentación de la marca que más bien pareció un trabajo de segundo de la ESO.
No entiendo estas dinámicas donde al final le dan el puesto a los que se hacen notar de manera tan forzada.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lush in Oct 2018
Interview
Unethical trial shifts used by this company. I applied online and was invited to a group assessment which I passed. After that I was invited to a “trial shift”, basically you are expected to work as an employee with no training or product knowledge for no money. As a company that prides themselves on their ethics, this is nothing short of disgusting - they are exploitative and evil.
I failed the trial shift for not being “hands on enough”. I was expected to give a customer a skin consultation, despite having no product knowledge or knowledge of dermatology. Highly dangerous practice, exploiting both the applicant and the customer. Have never returned to this shop as a customer, as I would not wish to have a skin consultation with someone who is not trained in dermatology, never mind someone who isn’t even being paid.
Awful store, exploitative and is pretty much modern slavery. Scamming customers and applicants alike. If asked to attend a trial shift, tell them where to stick it!
They say yes to everyone, it was honestly like an event. They broke us into 10 groups of 12. There were people there who admitted they couldn’t even work this job with where they live/ school/ uni
