I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lush (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied a few months ago and got called in for a interview and trial shift. There was one other person there who was doing the trial with me and the manager literally interviewed me in front of him which I thought was a bit weird. One of the questions was “are you wearing ethical clothes?” I replied unfortunately it’s difficult for working class people to afford ethical clothing. She seemed a bit rude if I’m honest and during the trial shift you literally have to work in the store. For me this was straightforward as I have worked in a sales role before and I know how to talk but deffo wouldn’t be a place for introverts. I feel like they are that girl who are like we are so ethical!! But their bath bombs will literally give you a yeast infection
