Lush interview questions

Starts with an application, moves forward to in-store group interview, then a one-on-one interview. Interviews include questions about selling products, experience, and availability. Your interaction with the rest of the group is also monitored to see how you fit within the team.

Group interview with about 10-15 other applicants at the physical store. Provided a demonstration on how to properly wrap a bar of soap, and then each applicant was timed on it. Partnered up to perform a simulation on how each applicant would interact with a customer.
