Group interview so difficult to engage, not much opportunity to talk to the staff especially since ex employees interview in the same group as you and can take over .

Had to attend an in person interview and then a trial shift, was pretty good, got a good understanding of what is expected from you in order to get the role. The in person interview wasnt intense at all and was just about getting to know you better as a person
