Lush interview questions

Group Interview. Fun and casual atmosphere in a Lush store. Definitely had to be bubbly, smiley and working well with other people to stand out. Had to work in a pair with someone and have one person blindfolded and another with their hands tied. The person with their hands tied had to guide the blindfolded person purely through words and description to help lead them through making a bunny hutch out of cardboard and stickers.

First we had to send a motivation letter and CV, and then i got the invitation for the recruitment day. we had a Introduction round and then had to do loads of excersises with the whole group. Itcwas a group interview. We also had to do demo’s,
