Lush interview questions

Consisted of 2 interview rounds, pretty straightforward. Started with HR process and concluded with panel of Hiring managers interview. The entire process took nearly two weeks (due to Christmas break).

A very engaging phone interview is your first introduction to the leader of your team. They look for how you handle conflict and is basically a vibe assessment. This is followed by an hour long interview where you role play your job with the manager. So walking through the store, doing demos, talking about ingredients, mock selling products, etc.
