Lush interview questions

The interview is build in two parts: trial shift and 1 x 1 interview. Trial shift in my case was a manager playing a role of a customer since the shop wasn't buisy at the time. There are 3 locations: bath bombs where you do a bath bomb demo, massage bars where you do a hand massage and do a little bit of a small talk, and gifts where you help to choose a gift.

Very chilled out process. Friendly. They seem to want very chatty and enthusiastic people. You need to be able to stand out. more suited to extroverted people. Interview was held as a group
