Lush interview questions

Weird interview process, took forever to offer me a position, wasn't very communicative and wasted too much time, I turned down the position ultimately due to the time it took to receive the offer. During the interview I was made to work the sales floor for free for about 5 hours, super uncomfortable and no support.

The interview process was very different to other jobs. All candidates had a training day, learning about the products and practising picking appropriate gifts based on discussion with customers. It was very practical.
