It was a one-stage interview, however, we already working there. Your skills would be analyzed and looked at if you are the best fit for a permanent position. Then the interview took place for the permanent position after the temporary contract had expired. It went well in general, basic questions about the company was asked, getting to know your experince as a temporary staff and what can be better for the business in the coming year qand what i would do differently or better as a permanent satff was also asked who i would suggest or nominate for the permanent job posirion at the organization, i slected the person and then was asked if i had any other question which i think i did then the interview ended then later got the unfornately email that i didnt pass the interview stage and wished me the best.
