Lush interview questions

Invited you to work on the floor for a couple hours, to see how you would perform as a sales associate. Started with a 5-10 minute conversation explaining the basics of working there, then asked you to trial on real customers. Then was taken for an interview.

I scanned a QR code which took me to a form asking for my details, no CV or cover letter was required. Instead, I had to answer the question ‘what would working for lush bring to your life?’. From my answer, I was invited to a group recruitment evening and was asked to prepare a topic that I could speak passionately about for 5 minutes (this was done in pairs as part of a listening exercise). We were given products to play with and demo on one another with some information on the brand, ethics and history. We then had time to ask the staff questions and were all given a goodie bag to take home. Best interview I’d ever attended!
