Lush interview questions

A group interview, that involved doing tasks with the other people in your group. If you passed this stage, you would move onto a trial shift. Where they assess your behaviour with customers in real time to test whether you truly are the perfect fit for the role.

Interview process was fairly easy. You would sit down with your interviewer and go over Lush Cosmetics and their mission. Then after answering basic interview questions they had you pretend to sell a product and provide you feedback on your selling points and communication skills.
