Lush interview questions

Group interview followed by trial shift. After I was hired as a seasonal assistant I had to apply for my job again, and had to do a very intense interview with the two managers at my store. I think for a job that only pays living wage it’s a bit much to ask for that many stages, especially that final stage, which was like an unnecessary interrogation of my abilities, as if I hadn’t already been there for 3 months by that point.
