I was one out of fifty candidates, all given name tags and split into small group of 6-8. There were 3 stations; icebreaker, paperwork and hands-on demo. First, we had to speak to our partner for 1 minute and remember things about them to feedback to the entire group.
Next, there was paperwork we had to fill in. This, I found the hardest, because I completely blanked, and even though my cover letter was excellent, some questions included "What are some good qualities you have?". I had included this all in my cover letter, which I had ages to work on, but forgot and wrote something cliche and not helpful. I think that is why I didn't get called back.
Next, we were told to pick a bath product in partners and demo it back to the group. Then, we were shown how to give an arm massage which the massage bars and give one to our partners.
We were observed by management the whole time.
