I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Stratford, London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
After sending in my CV and cover letter, I was invited to a group interview. It consisted of various activities and tasks, such as:
- Selling a random object taken from a bag
- Rating the importance of different shop tasks in small groups
- Demonstrating a massage bar and bath bomb
After this I was invited to a trial shift where I was asked a few questions and asked to assist customers on the shop floor.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lush in May 2016
Interview
After uploading my cv and cover letter to the recruitment page, I received an email a week later with an invitation to the group interview stage.
We were split up in groups of around 7/8 people and went around different sections of the shop where we were given little challenges to basically test our skills.
It was quite fun but with so many people there at the same time, I don't think it's possible to fairly judge all candidates

Interview
Arrived early and waited, offered free coffee and everyone was very welcoming. Interviewed with Joe who was very friendly and the interview process was quick and friendly.
After the interview, Joe showed me around the factory floor where I would be working if I had got the job.
The process took around 15 minutes, couldn't have been easier.
