For the second interview round I had to create a short video advertising the Father’s Day range aligning with Lush’s brand values. They send me free products to feature in the video that I got to keep, which was a lovely gesture. I was free to ask any questions and the replies were prompt. I did not get the job but received personalized feedback from Global Retail & Marketing and a Videographer/Photographer employed with Lush. A bit of effort required for the interview process when they had already seen my showreel, but all communication was very pleasant, and really good that all candidates received personal feedback.
