I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lush (Glasgow, Escocia) in Feb 2018
Interview
My local Lush held a hiring party where we were expected to perform a series of tasks to other applicants: hand massage using Charity Pot, Bath Bomb presentation, introduction of partners, and bath-bomb making as a team.
You are expected to know the ins and outs of Lush's products as well as their ingredients and their therapeutic use otherwise you will NOT be a strong contender.

Question 1
(None specifically, it seemed to be presentation-based and what you learnt from their demonstrations. So, listen attentively and do your research on products and various essential oil properties)
It was a group interview, very unconventional, hands-on, and activity-based, teamwork. They expect you to know their company values and ethics, which will carry over to your role. It was very relaxed and they made me feel very comfortable and heard.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Was offered an interview and it was fairly casual - in the cafe, and it only lasted around 45 minutes. Pretty much immediately after I was offered a trial shift, and I went and it was kind of horrible because we didn’t know anything about the products, and it also wasn’t very busy so it felt like we were competing with each other to get a customer’s attention, only to not even be able to give them proper information and just have to guess. It was a bit embarrassing and we didn’t get paid either, but we got a free shower gel. I found out I got the job on the way home from the trial shift.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lush (Cardiff, Gales)
Interview
Onboarding session and then a practice shift which involved you sitting customers down and demonstrating products on them. Lasts around an hour, and it’s done in groups of trial shifts.
