Luno Software Engineer interview questions

A pleasant, fast-paced interview process that shows Luno’s commitment to respecting your time and finding a candidate that is a great fit for their culture. There was an initial Google Meet call, a coding test to screen candidates, and lastly a 2 hour in-person interview with a problem solving component, and more focused questions for the role. A background check is conducted after a formal offer is made.

Interview was conducted in 4 stages. 1: telephone call with a team member. Mostly asking about who you are and what attracted you to Luno and what can they do from their side to win you over. 2: Onsite interview: Some whiteboard coding questions with 2 team members. 1 hour. Second interview with manager, some personality style questions and some design questions. 3: Social: Luno invites you to a social gathering they have weekly. 4: Reference checks
