Very difficult situational questions. They wanted to see if the candidate was able to influence others. German oral test, even when the offer and the interview were in English Two interviewers, good cop and bad cop

The interview process was composed of two stages. The first stage was about presentation, mathematical and negotiation skills that were tested in different form.s The second stage was about personal fit, situational behaviour and passion for different job positions. Overall it helped me to get a sense of the department heads and the role to be filled.
