Es gab 3 Runden , nach jeder wurden immer Leute Nachhause geschickt 1. Gespräch —> halb englisch , halb deutsch 2. Rollenspiel 3. 90 fragen zur Persönlichkeit am iPad + abschließendes Gespräch mit dem Psychologen ca 30-40 Minuten

Just disappointment about recruitment process of Lufthansa Technic Sofia. I have never seen such unprofessional HR policy, even in tiny companies. The process was almost 3 monthes! After passing 2 interviews ( with distance in 2 monthes), and words about readiness to send you offer to L0 (if you agree for travelling), finally I have got refuse, as due to lack of experience. All this 3 months they didn't get me final answer, constantly asked to wait smth, from one date to another... I rejected other offers at that time ( because before this story I dreamed of job in LF, I was really impressed it), but unfortunately, it was just wasting of my time. I made a conclusion, that my lifetime was like game for them, unpleasant feelings, I have to say... It seams like some descrimination, even don't know, because how competent manager after 3 months of viewing your documents and 2 interviews can give you finally refuse to trainee position, as "lack of experience"? Didn't they view documents on the first meeting, next interviews and during all these 3 monthes? I don't think so, that's why I think it was just a lie... Be careful and don't trust as me, if you doesn't get soon reply-don't waste your time for somebodies own interests...
