Formally the second stage assessment to access the EFA. It is essentially a selection to step into the Lufthansa group as a cadet pilot. The assessment is undertaken along with other 3 candidates. After a warm welcome, the candidate is required to do some tests (one in team with the other candidates, the other tests are to be performed individualy). All tests ard quite hard. At the end of the day, an interview with a psycologist and current pilots of the Company with some questions about the candidate motivation and few about the candidate knowledge about the aviation industry.

Gesundheitscheck Sportcheck Prüfung (Allgemeinwissen, R/G, etc.) - später: Ausbildung Die Prüfungskommission war sehr streng. Eine falsche Antwort, bzw. wenn diese nicht in das Raster gepasst hat -> raus. (war zumindest bei den Leuten, die an dem Tag gescheitert sind.)
