Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

The interview was informal and awkward, with little communication or instructions. The questions were awkward as well. The position was also not advertised or described as a sales position, it focused mainly on working the desk and helping contractors with their orders. This is apparently a sales job with unreachable sales goals.

The first round of interviews consisted of a phone screening with someone from HR. I was moved onto the second and final round, with the hiring managers. The second interview was through a zoom call.
