Applying is a long process and pretty tedious. You also have to do an assessment, which does matter and if you fail, they won't get your application. They'll call you pretty promptly to set up an interview (mine was a day later). You'll interview with the HR person and either the store manager or an ASM and it's pretty straightforward and easy, they're pretty relaxed about it.

The hiring process is one I'm pretty used to. You have your first interview where they ask you a few question ( 5 or sometimes more) and if you do good in the initial interview you get to come back on a different day for a second interview. If you do good and you get hired the HR manager will give you a call back and ask you to confirm your social security and birth date. She'll send out your background check and then they'll drug test you with a oral test. Pretty simple as long as you can come up with good answers
