Therefore, if you are American, your chances of being hired are low, especially for lead roles, where it would be nearly impossible to be selected. If you are comfortable working under the influence of former WITCH and H-1B alumni who have advanced their positions through nepotism, this may be the place for you. However, if you are seeking a fair and equal interview process and true American culture and diversity in the workplace, you may want to consider other options.
