Interview
First round with director which is more about my experience. Followed by another round of coding and experience. The last round interviewer who is the director of ML was hell bent on asking me about my college project which was done 6 years ago and testing my syntax’s. Awesome!!

Interview Process is good , there was 4 round , 1 and 2nd round technical round , 3rd Techno manager round with technical , and 4th round was Director round .
till 3rd round everything was smoot and had very good discussion related to in and out technical like java, design pattern, concepts, LLD , Java, High level design concepts.
4th round i expected that should be more over managerial round as it was last and director round, But that Director fellow was such a rude person he did not even ask what is my name like introduction as at this level we need to be very calm and tell/ask more about the process.
He directly started with Java question then spring , spring boot, microservices from here and there , even he did not ask what are the tech stack you have used in your current project..
Directly in very rude behavior he was questioning everything which ever he might have heard from here and there. .more like acting like a fresher who try to act as developer at being at Director level. More over He should see how is the candidate , with behavioral and eager to learn the thing or not.
Such a bad interview experience at this level. how this company hire him as director he should be at developer level or entry level job , who don't even have any managerial+director level experience.
Totally sucks and time waste total 2 week it took for whole process. I was hoping to get positive , but seems Director might have other plan to hire someone from his family ..
Later I check him on linkedin found him as expected ,..
More to write about the experience and about that jerk , but hope you guys understand the seen what i wanted to present.
