I Applied online through a chat bot which acts as the application asking for your information, years experience, education completed, etc. Through that I was able to schedule an interview immediately.

Pretty Simple, ask about hours and availability, Then move into the job description, then they move onto the 3 questions. All very straightforward. They are all about past retail experience if you have any at all, and times when you overcame adversity or a challenge of some sort.
