Extremely easy and low key. Process was very quick and the questions were all “tell us about a time you...”. More detail the better and give examples to your reasoning.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Lehi, UT) in Jul 2020
Interview
Applied online. Next day I was asked to come in for an interview. Interviewer looked at my application and said that since I wasn't available on Sundays, I couldn't be hired. Seriously, they could have looked at the application before they asked me to come to the store for an interview, wasting their time and mine. If it was a note in free-form text somewhere it would be more understandable, but they actually have a list of checkboxes for all the times you are willing to work by weekday in their application form. I'm actually surprised it's acceptable to be so discriminatory towards people of faith, and if they are I wonder why they don't just say on the job listing "Sunday work is mandatory"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask me any questions - unwillingness to work on a Sunday was a showstopper.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I was interviewed, drug tested, went through rigamoral to prove meds valid. I was given start date after several weeks, then manager fired and never ever could get anyone to confirm my schedule, to call me back, to even speak face to face
