Had to call HR Manager multiple times to get them to follow up on my application. I then had an informal interview with the outgoing Operations Manager before I met with the Store Manager. That interview consisted of 15 formal questions about customer service situations and dealing with employee issues in the past

I filled up application form online and they called me after two weeks. they aked me two questions and called me for personal intervview at the location. the HR manager was very kind and explained me about the interview. she asked me to fill some form and sign it. i signed and handed over to her. the interview was consist of 6 common low's interview questions. then she told me that they will call me for interview with store manager. and she called me as she promised, within 5 day, and fixed up interview time. let's see, tomorrow .

Applied online. Contacted the next day to schedule an interview. Interviewed 1:1 with three different people: HR Manager, Department Manager, Operations Manager. Was told I would hear something in a day or so.
