Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

i went in to the interview and it was a fairly relaxed seen where the hr manager and a zone manager were asking me several situational questions. The questions were not as easy as i had originally thought you really had to think about what you would have done. i later found out that a lot of people fail the interview process because they say what they would do in a situation instead of what they actually did and remember to be as specific as possible.
