Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

The interviews consisted of asking me about difficult situations I had experienced in previous jobs, how I handled the situation, and the outcome.

Applied online for several open positions. Took a basic understanding/personality type test online. No resume needed. Was called within a week of applying and had an initial interview. Interviewed with HR manager and assistant store manager. Offer of job was contingent upon a negative drug test and criminal background check. Overall process was easier than most and handled smoothly.
