The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2012
Interview
The process is pretty easy and straightforward. They called me the day I filled out the application and asked me a few questions for screening purposes. They then asked me to come in for a one on one interview with an Assistant Store Manager. During the second interview, they asked me about a dozen questions designed to gauge traits and what not.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Apopka, FL) in Aug 2011
Interview
I applied online and recieved a phone call about a week later. I set up an interview and everything went well! Right off the bat they asked my availablilty and I told them I was in school and I told them when I had calsses and what days. Interview took about an 30-45 minutes and they asked me scenerio type questions and about my old job and stuff like that. I left and then got a call about 3-4 days later to come in for a drug test. Did that only took a mouth drug test and they said we will call you when the results come in. I think, not sure, but I think it took about a week or so for the drug test to come back and they called me and told me to come in for orientation but it was when i had class. I told them that and she was like well whats your availability? I told them and she said okay, we will call you. SO i called them back and asked if that pretty much didnt get me hired and she said yes. So they wasted my time and didnt really care.
