Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

After applying to the job, the call-back took over a week to schedule an interview but the interview after the call was only within a couple of days if that. The Interview is usually two interviews in the same day or within a day or two of eachother. One with HR and one with your "hiring manager" of the department of the job you applied for...usually an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager depending on the size of the store and number of employees. Overall, from Application Submission to Hire date, it is about 3 weeks. I've applied to 3 different jobs within Lowe's as well as the original hire date and they all have taken at least 2, usually 3 weeks.

Applied online. A week and a half later I was called and asked to come in the same day. Interview was very informal, the HR lady was VERY nice. After I had a second interview with the store manager and told the final choice would be made by the H.R lady. Although I didn't get the job, I was offered another position.
