Apply online and pass the assessment. I was told they don't bother to check for resume or cover letter, so don't feel the need to include one. They ask very basic sales questions over and over. You will have 3 interviews with 3 different managers, including the store manager. If you make it to the store manager, you are in. Things like "Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. What was the outcome? and how did you benefit from it?" Emphasize add on sales in any way you can, because they are hurting for those currently.
