The process gets a little more involved with each step up the ladder involving various background checks application for each job different set of aptitude and customer and business related field and areas from what to do with disappointed customer to a angry out of control as well identifiers to see idea of selling skills and customer service attitude

Are you Ready to be on call 7/24 every day if needed! Can You handle last minute schedule changes to handle the needs of the business, as well in emergencies
I was first interviewed by the Hr manager, then I was asked to comeback for a second interview where I was interviewed by a Assistant store manager and the HR manager. I was asked questions such as. tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation. And what would you say your greatest weakness is.

The hiring process was the easiest interview I went though. My review won't be too helpful because he really didn't care who he hired because he was transferring stores....Again. When I walked in for the interview as a head cashier. They asked me questions about leadership and work experience. They also asked me what do I like to do. The first interview was with the HR manager, and the 2nd interview was with one of the assistant managers. They asked the same questions. They both said they wanted me to work there, but they said the head cashier position was already filled by an instore employee.. They wanted me to work as a cashier there, so I took them up on the offer and came back for a drug test.
