the questions threw me off a little bit b/c I was expecting the same as a sales specialist or lumber assc
I could have gone into great detail about the dept. but I tried to keep my words fluent , not pausing etc.

It was a pretty lengthy interview process. I interviewed with the HR director initially. After completion of that I met with the store manager a couple of weeks later. After a week or so they reached out to me to offer the job.

Apply online through Lowes .com. Within two weeks Hr called for an interview. Asked about eight questions about how I would handle different scenarios, all customer Service related. They look for managers who know how to communicate well with other, delegate, and above all help customers
