The interview process consisted of an online application followed by a phone interview. The application online was very simple and asked basic questions that just about anyone can answer. The phone interview was also easy and focused on soft skills like conflict resolution and the ability to communicate with customers. Overall, very easy and quick interview process.

Interview was brief relaxed process with one of the department managers. It seemed to be done by whichever one happened to be available at the time. Interview questions were the usual interview questions.
