I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lolli and Pops
Interview
Very poor interview process. 2 interviews with 2 DM (California and Mid-West) The first one was professional but too friendly. The second one located in the mid-west was terrible. She was not just only talking about herself during the interview but was also talking about the owner saying that he did not know how to run a business... Who want to work for a company like this when you have a DM talking bad about the Owner and GM ??? I am very glad i am not working for a company with this kind of behavior.... I guess that's why this business is going down in some location. Hopefully they will hire an HR with experience who will handle the interview process in the future...
I applied online. I interviewed at Lolli and Pops (South Portland, ME) in Jan 2021
Interview
Direct, casual, conversation shared amongst industry professionals. We clicked immediately & laughed our way throughout the entire thing. We found we knew lots of similar ways to get the same results that all Corporations are looking for these days.

Question 1
How did you handle a difficult review for an employee?
It was a casual interview. We met in front of the store. I was nervous at first but as it went on I started to relax. Both interviewers were really nice and gave me time to collect my thought before I answered.
