I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lolli and Pops (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2015
Interview
When I turned in my application they immediately asked me to come in the next day for an interview. I did, and was taken to the back of the store for the interview. It was fairly quick and simple and I was hired on the spot.
It was a casual interview. We met in front of the store. I was nervous at first but as it went on I started to relax. Both interviewers were really nice and gave me time to collect my thought before I answered.
