Lockton Companies interview questions

Very simple, behavioral only. They asked me a lot about myself and about my interest in risk management insurance. Relaxed and employers easy to talk to. Made sure I understood the overall value and structure of company.

The interview process was long and drawn out. Their employee reviews aren't great, so that should have been a sign to me. In my opinion, they do not do a great job at respecting the applicant's time. I made it to the final rounds and then was ghosted. They should take a step back and realize they word travels quickly and it will impact people's willingness to apply. Not everyone posts reviews, but information does spread by word of mouth since insurance is small. I recommend a reality check for leadership. They should also look into anti-nepotism policies and updating the recruiting process.
