The interview process was long and drawn out. Their employee reviews aren't great, so that should have been a sign to me. In my opinion, they do not do a great job at respecting the applicant's time. I made it to the final rounds and then was ghosted. They should take a step back and realize they word travels quickly and it will impact people's willingness to apply. Not everyone posts reviews, but information does spread by word of mouth since insurance is small. I recommend a reality check for leadership. They should also look into anti-nepotism policies and updating the recruiting process.
