Lockton Companies interview questions

Two interviews with recruiter, one interview with management, one interview with entire team, and final interview with COO. All via Webex. Had to complete several assessments as well. It was by no means difficult. The interview were conversational and not technical. They are looking for a specific person with specific results on the testing and if they know pretty quickly you are a fit it's an easy process. It took me about 5 months of pushing before I actually received an interview. Went through a current Lockton employee and even that was difficult. Had to find the right person to get me in contact with someone.
