Lockton Companies interview questions

I applied thru a current associate at Lockton and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later to set up a phone screen. The recruiter gave me more details on the company and asked me a few questions about myself and my experience. A few days later I was sent an invitation to complete their position assessment testing. About two weeks after completing the testing, I was contacted to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. A couple weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter to inform me they went with another candidate.

Relatively easy process. 4 separate interviews, 1 with HRBP and 3 with 3 separate members of the department. The entire process took about 1 month in total. The interviews were not technical in any way as this is an entry-level position. Basic behavioral questions were asked but mainly conversational "get to know you" type of questions.
