Lockton Companies interview questions

Although Lockton is one of the top ten brokers in the world, I did find that the HR Dept. is very disorganized, or maybe it's the person that I spoke to. I had several interviews and would be scheduled to meet with one person, then a second person would show, or interviewing with multiple teams without any explanation as to whether they were related or not. It was very confusing. Then when I contacted the HR person, there was silence.
