Lockton Companies interview questions

Overall, it was professional and well done. They were respectful of my time and also honest about their process. I declined to move forward after the first interview due deciding to taking another job.

Screener interview followed by a hour or so long personality/cognitive test where they asked you to compare analogies and do advanced algebra. That was then followed by a group interview with all the higher up creatives followed by a design test that had no 'wrong answers' but they were secretly giving your decisions point values.
