Lockton Companies interview questions

I've got a screening call and the interviewer was very polite and she asked me a few general questions. unfortunately they select other candidates, probably because I had not an insurance background

2 interviews, one with entry level college grads, one with more senior employees. Basic behavioral questions, very conversational. Process took around 4 weeks total. efficient email responses. 30 minute time slots and time for questions at the end of the interview
