Lockton Companies interview questions

To describe the interview process, it was great. The hiring team was welcoming and honest. They answered my questions well and they also constructed their questions well. Their questions were well thought out and allowed me to portray my strengths. It was very conversational and not intimidating at all.

I had an inital phone call with a recruiter that lasted an hour talking about my background and learning more about the company. Couple days later, had an hour long interview with the head of the team I would be working with, where we further discussed my background. After the lead technical person for the team got back from paternity leave, I interviewd with him for around an hour. During this time, further discussed my background and began to ask me questions that would give insight into how I would fit in with advising clients on what the data says. Inital phone call, and 2 online meetings.
