Interview seemed more conversational. Interviewer was really sweet and explained the question in detail before expecting response. This was the third stage of the application process after an initial application and online assessment. It was a 1.1 interview. After this there is one more stage of the interview process.

It started with the application, I had an executive referral. The next step was the first interview, which was them, getting to know me. In the second interview, they were more interested in why I wanted to join the Insurance Brokerage Industry.
