Interview
I discovered Lockton at a college recruiting event where I submitted my resume. After a couple months, I received an email to set up an interview time. Once the interview was completed, a few weeks later, I received a phone call with an offer.
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process

It was a very smooth, great people work here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great experience in a summer. Work is interesting and the people are very supportive and helpful.
