Virtual interview. Very laid back and interviewers were friendly and excited to talk to me. A lot of the interview was they talking about the company and their experiences there.
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
